After completing her double degree in business and arts in Ateneo de Manila University, Leslie embarked into the telco and ICT industry as a product manager for cloud services of PLDT, Inc. Her first product launch was an internet-based platform and virtual desktop solution with VMware for its top enterprise customers. With the creation of a Disruptive Business group, Leslie had the opportunity to venture in business development by handling strategic partnerships and running sales enablement activities.

Leslie has notable accomplishments in Marketing and Design. In 2013, the Loyola Schools Awards for Arts gave one of their recognition for her work done in the field of Visual Arts in Graphic Design as a student. Once a year, she shares new insights in design and corporate career through workshops with students in heruniversity. Some interesting experiences include being a registered student Apple developer, rebranding Tugon a student org against child abuse, hosting Microsoft DigiGirlz Philippines 2017 and running a bi-annual publication as editor-in-chief.
Leslie Bayona holds two degrees from the Ateneo de Manila University in the Philippines. Her primary in 2012 is a Bachelor of Science degree in Management, majoring in Communications Technology Management following a Marketing track. Her secondary course is a Bachelor of Fine Arts, majoring in Information Design accomplished a year after her first graduation. In January 2016, Leslie entered the Ateneo Graduate School of Business where she attends classes on a part-time basis to pursue further studies in a Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA).
